What are the best hotels in Bucharest?

Will Bucharest always have that run down look, or maybe in 20 years do you think it will be the way it should?

• When I see pictures of Bucharest or look at it on Google Street View I see so much potential. There are so many beautiful buildings but many of them are falling apart, the paths on the streets look as though they need to be resurfaced, there are so many wires going across streets and of course I don't think I need to mention the communist apartment blocks! But I've heard that there has been many projects such as Lipscani that are gradually improving Bucharest and to those of you who live in Bucharest or visit it regularly, someday do you think Bucharest will be the great Romanian capital it should be? Bucharest seems to be a lively city, with great sunny weather, plenty of nice things to do and see but it really could look so much better! I hope if you are Romanian you don't feel insulted by what I say, I just think that Romanian governments should have taken better care of their city! Thank you!
