Is Nice, France a good place to live in?

Is France or Germany a good place to live in\move to?

  • I am a 16 year old Canadian born in Canada and I am very discontent with Canada. I have looked into many other countries in the world and I have decided that I like France and Germany the most. I would like to know if France and Germany are good places to live in and move to, if it is hard to move there, and any other additional details that you would like to put in. Thanks.

  • Answer:

Paris is a very expensive city and in total France is an expensive country. Germany has more economic opportunities since it's a financial power house for the European Union. My Aunty lives in Frankfurt and she is doing fine. The countries that have more opportunities would be Switzerland, Luxembourg and Norway. As for skills, you need to be able to speak the language spoken in the country you are moving in. Europe is really picky in hiring people if they cannot speak their language. I heard some Canadians are bilingual with French and English so France would be a good country for you to live unless you learn to speak German.

If you're not an EU national, you won't be moving to anyplace in the EU anytime soon. The bureaucracy involved is very convoluted. Do a search of past answered provided on this subject.
