    http://www.proxy-anywhere.com can do Youtube from Russia. They work good with Google Chrome, when I tried with Internet Explorer 6 I had some problems. But maybe with Internet Explorer 8 you can acess youtube from Russia with this service.

I you sure it's banned? You can always use a proxy (google for proxies) but in my view you are probably just using a school computer and schools often block youtube.
