Interview for whom? How're we supposed to know what you're expected of? Ask your teacher. When you ask what's the easiest topic that you should choose I say to you: what are your options? I don't get your question. Sorry!

good idea to find out what kind of topics ur teacher wants from you. whatever you take interst in + non-contreversial topic will be easiest. climate/nature is easy. if u r a girl, maybe fashion, see what kids your age do. if you are a boy, maybe military some russian tanks would be fun.
