Russian Anthem?

  • I'm trying to learn the Russian anthem, but I know not a word of Russian (I want to learn it sometime). Could I get a word for word pronunciation, perhaps? Or any links that have such a thing?

a word eh? Ive memorized the anthem but too long too post it here look in wikipedia for the translation to english so you would know what it means "Soviet national anthem" "Gimn Sovetskogo soyuza" Its really beautiful once you know the translation!

Why? Do you plan to attend a sporting event in Russia? They do not usually play the national anthem at events, unless they are international matches. I think that only Americans do that.
