But to get from point A to point B, why would you ride a train for almost 6 days? If you have ridden the trans-siberian, how did you entertain yourself? What do you eat. You must be bored to death.

The scenery changes as you go along, except as you go through the Taiga, which is just forest that goes on seemingly forever. There is no need to hurry because you can't. In terms of food, most people actually bring the bulk of their food with them, so be prepared to eat a lot of freeze dried soups and noodles, canned goods and the like. There is always a large urn of boiling water on each car, so you can use it with your dried foods or to make coffee or tea. At each of the stops there are also Babushkas selling some sort of food or dried fish, berries, etc. You don't have to worry about starving. I think that I can say with confidence however that after reaching Vladivostok you will fly back to Moscow, and not take the train.
