How do i find a person?

I do not read russian, so if this traval agent is in Volgograd how do I find out if a person was there?

• The person that I`am looking for would be a customer at this Agency if it is in Volgograd. Also if this agency is there they would know this person Irina Kizlova Doneckaya,Str 16 Volgograd, Postal Index 400131 Then they would be able to verify if this person has plans to be coming here to meet me, and also what day and time that she would be in Chicago O`Hare!!! The only reason that I have this problem is that YAHOO has cut off the EMAIL between us just because she was using a YAHOO site from that country!! So if some one can help me find her and tell her that I have not stoped looking for her, and that she should get a different web address so we can continue our plans.   Oh dear!!!! Tao Barbie is correct... (I won't translate though..I don't want to hurt your feelings..) That girl is not interested in you :-(( That is why she has disappeared..and made excuses about it,,,,,,, She know all your personal details, and could contact you if she wants... Have you sent her money (ie for air ticket)???? It is a con..She only wanted your money..... You won't hear from her or the agency again.... Move on..She is the the love of your life!! There are plenty more fish in the sea,,, BTW..It is not a good idea to give your phone number or personal contact information out on a public forum...
