What are some cool geographical features of Spain?

What landform features do spain and portugal share?

  • and what climate type is found in both countries?

  • Answer:

They are both on the Iberian Peninsular. The landform is varied. Spain is the second most mountainous country in Europe. The north of Spain can be cold with heavy snow in winter, but warmer and wetter in summer as opposed to the south which is temperate in winter and hot and dry in summer.

Can't put a map here. Put a map in front of you and you have a vertical line dividing the 2 countries. Just imagine more or less a horizontal line dividing Portugal in two and across Spain and than you would have two countries totally different. One a north with mountains and wild winters and very hot summers behind the mountains and at the left coast with Oceanic climate (that would be north of Spain and north of Portugal in both coasts) and than another country at south of the line with good weather, more dry, Mediterranean climate and far more plan( but still with some smaller Mountains), Mild winters and hot summers that nobody deserves. Sometimes to hot. At north of the line the beach is rocky and Atlantic wild waters at south calm warm waters and beautiful white sandy beaches at the Portuguese side In Spanish side the sand is dark and the beaches they have lots of stone Everybody knows Algarve and Costa del Sol. I tried to make it short and in a way you could visualise.
