Places in Spain with great nightlife?

Where in Spain/Portugal for a weekend?

  • I will be in barcelona, madrid and seville for a week and then for the weekend of April 2nd I want to either be in Lisbon Portugal, Lagos Portugal, Marbella Spain or Valencia Spain. What do you recommend for someone college aged who wants to have a nice town, good places to visit, a great nightlife, and a nice beach. Pretty much: relax, party, and tour.

    Just for 2 days, you should stick with Lisbon. Lots of stuff to see, great food, excellent night life. You can visit the nearby towns of Cascais and Estoril which are gorgeous places and have a classy casino. Lagos, Marbella and Valencia are great for the beach. Following your visits to the cities, a beach weekend is in order - Lagos would be ideal as it is busy all year round and attracts backpackers so the nightlife is great. Also not too far from Seville by train. If lucky you will get a few sunny days, so choose a sheltered beach where it will be warmer. Enjoy your travels.
