How do I get my italian diploma evaluated for the US college?

What is an American 2 year college diploma equivalent too in Poland ?

I asked this questions before but I didn't specify it and I got confusing answer. So I hope now it's better. 1. Is a 2 year college diploma considered in Poland as a higher education ? 2. Is it licencjat ? 3. Whatever it is how can I get this proved. The translation is not enough because It doesn't say anything else on the diploma but the name, program , and a year of graduation..... Is there a way the get this evaluated ?

college means in polish technikum. this means that it is education on second lvl. 3rd lvl is the best. 1st - high school/ l.o. - liceum ogolnoksztalcace 2nd - college/ technikum or zawodowka 3rd - university/studia
