Does anyone know the legal drinking age in Poland?

  • Answer:

You have to be over 18 to purchase or consume alcoholic drink - under age drinkers or children carrying drink are arrested - no jokes please there is a serious drink problem in that country and they are trying to solve it.

Both the purchasing age and drinking age are 18. It is illegal to sell alcohol to an already drunk person.

Legal drinking age in Poland is 18. With an exeption of beer. IF a minor is 16 or 17 and is accompanied by an adult one can drink it under condition one is also consuming a meal. However most polish people do not know about this exeption. Thus people saying the legal drinking age in Poland is 18 (which i find mostly accurate) and people claiming it's 16 (however it's only under conditions stated above). All the other people here are either badly misinformed or joking in a very bad fashion.
