What is some cool medical stuff?

What typical cool stuff shud my parents get from amsterdam(not pot,alcohol,etc) but Dutch choc's,cool tees,etc?

• I'm a college student(male). I wud like dem to bring me sum typical stuff...something for which Amsterdam's famous for...or some exclusive stuff(not d illegal stuff) like dutch chocolates (any specific brand???) or some cool souvenirs(??) or anything like that ....i'm totally confused...

  I think that T-shirts with texts (or drawings) might be your best bet. Dutch chocolate is good, but not outstanding. And once you have eaten it, it is gone. Stroopwafels (syrup wafers) is something I often bring with me when I go abroad, might be fun for you too, but it is not an expensive gift. Most stuff in souvenir shops are things you are not likely to enjoy, Delft Blue pottery, from windmills and wooden shoes to christmas tree decorations. More something your grandmother (if you have one,) might enjoy. Diamonds are the traditional expensive souvenir from Amsterdam, but again, not something I expect a male college student to ask for. But if you wear a stud, why not ask for a real diamond. Or a nice ring, of course. (I would not personally, I think diamonds are overrated, and the Amsterdam ones not a good deal in my opinion.) In the unlikely case you like flowers and gardening, tulips from Amsterdam are famous, this time of year you can already buy bulbs for next spring.
