How do I find out information on a person through their phone number?

Hi ALL, How can I find detailed information of person lives in Holland through his mobile phone number?

I think that the only way is going to be sending a text message, or calling the number. As the other answer suggested, many mobile phones are not listed as such. And given that almost everyone has at least one these days - chances of finding this person that way are slim to none.
