Where can I buy Microsoft Points online redeemable in the Netherlands?

I wanted to give one of my xbox live friends points so she can play the new zombie map with me. I bought Microsoft points online at amazon and even in the store from GameStop but they do not work because they only work in the US. so I resold the codes and I am wondering how I can make this happen.
