What is the song I heard in Topshop?

Help identifying song heard on radio in Holland?

  • While in the Amsterdam area during Juliy of 2002, I heard a song played on the radio as I was videotaping scenery from a travel coach. My video camera picked up part of the song. I have been trying to find out any info on the song for quite some time now (lyrics, band info, song title) but can't find a thing. If you think you can help out, I have posted a sample of the song at: http://www.geocities.com/irishcoast/songhelp.html The sample plays in the background once the page is open. The quality is pretty poor and the sample is only about 20 seconds but I think people with great musical knowledge may be able to help me retrieve some sort of info about the song. If you have ANY info on this song please respond to this message. Your help would be great!

    The language of this song is not Dutch. The people that sing it might have a Dutch accent, but it could be German too. I listen to music a lot but I don't know it, sorry.

Sounds a bit like Europe,the band I mean but there is no way to be shure.Could be something British or Irish or even Dutch..sung in english.
