What is the cheapest way to get to Greece?

I am going to Greece and need to get from Crete to Corfu. What is the best/cheapest way to get there?

    The best way depending how much time you have in your hands is to use planes. But is not the cheapest. The next best is to use ferry to Piraeus and from there take the bus to Corfu. There are currently 3 daily buses leaving Athens for Corfu. If you leave Crete by the evening ferry you can catch the next day's evening bus.
