    In your shoes I would study in Thessaloniki. There are other nice places with a good medical school, for example Herakleion on Crete or Patra's University, but I am not sure if they have a full language programme for foreigners that don't know greek at all. In any case, I get the feeling that in Thessaloniki you'll love it more than in other places. You will be able to find affordable tickets to visit your homeland (since it is the 2d biggest city in Greece), it has many things to do and see if you're a student and the cost of living is much cheaper than in other places.

If i remember well medicine here is taught only in Athens and Thessaloniki,the capital cities of Greece.It is pretty hard to enter if you're greek,you need to have a score of 19/20 in the entry exams. Im not sure but i think there's a special program for foreigners (from within EU) to study in Greece and its easier.
