First of all these numbers are incorrect and second of all greeks immigrated to other countries in the past as well. You are a greek racist and the immigrants in Greece have built your economy you dumb idiot. The only reason that Greece is in better economic conditions than those countries is because you have gotten help from the eu in terms of loans and aids. If you werent in the eu your country economy would be in poor condition. You know very well that your country can never measure up to Germany and England. Albania and other countries are catching up and we will be in eu soon so you can just suck it you dumb *****.

As someone living in Germany, I suspect it has to do with higher pay available in Germany and a somewhat higher standard of living (this depends on one's perspective however). The same would apply for Albania and Macedonia, I believe. In addition, Turks have emigrated to Germany in large numbers since the 1960s, when they were invited as "Gastarbeiter", guest workers. Many decided to stay. Thus, there may be a lot of Turks who want to move to their relatives in Germany.

Here in Italy there aren't 1.000.000 albanians: about 400-450.000 legaly and (max) 100.000 illegaly. (lot of albanians have gone in other countries, specially in the north of europe in the last years.)
