How do I get from Hamburg Airport to Tonder, Denmark by train or bus?

  • I'm flying from the States to Hamburg, travelling to Tonder Denmark for a music festival. How can I get from the airport to Tonder without renting a car?

    There is no train station at Hamburg airport. So you've got to take a bus from the airport to Hamburg Hbf (railway station). From there you got regular connections to Tønder, most of which require a change of trains in Niebüll.
