I need the average cost for a sweet sixteen for a boy.

Moving to Denmark but need help. Please read?

  • Hi I'm American looking to move to Denmark sometime soon after I graduate High School. I'm  currently sixteen and I'll be seventeen in around four months.  Moving out of the United States to Denmark is and has been my dream for a long time. But I need help! Since I'm going to live there I'm also going to work there.  I haven't been there yet. But I kinda know what it is going to be like. So what I need help with is... -what paperwork do I need to live and work there? (details) -where to get these papers I need? -How old do I have to be to live there by my self? -what do I have to prove to the Danish to live there? -how long should I plan the move? I won't have a place to live there so should I rent a cheap little hotel for awhile? I know it's going to be hard but I'm determined to do this. How much is the move going to cost? (In California), (clothing some electronics not much) I'm also looking for a small town not super small (around 10,000 people give or take)  The work i would work at could be at a grocery store or something like that.(would anyone hire me?) And I'd live in a small apartment that's cheap. (temp), (or the hotel) What one would be cheaper? I'd do and give up a lot for this. Also I know I need money saved to move there. About how much has to be saved up? What should I do? I know about the weather I would like a town that rains a lot but doesn't snow. Please use details. And please tell me stuff I might need to know that I did not add in. Oh and it has to be a town with a low crime rate   -Thanks a lot. This well help a lot!!!! :)

  • Answer:

You have no chance at all, to get a permit to live in Denmark yet. To get a work permit, you will need a high education - preferably of the kinds that only few people have. You will have to have used the high education, because without experience and excellent reviews, you will not get the permit either. Sorry to say - you will have to wait until you have some qualifications. http://www.workpermit.com/denmark/danish-immigration.htm http://www.nyidanmark.dk/en-us/coming_to_dk/coming_to_dk.htm Just a small remark - you say you know about the weather! It is the same climate in all of Denmark, and it snows all over Denmark - no snow free areas sorry http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denmark

Sorry, but your chances of moving to Denmark are slim to none. You can read more about it here: http://www.nyidanmark.dk/en-us/coming_to_dk/coming_to_dk.htm
