Is there luggage storage at LAX?

Luggage storage at Brussels Airport?

  • Hi, My wife and I are travelling with 2 young kids (age 3 and 1) from USA to India through Brussels. On our way, we are having a stopover at Europe for a week. We are getting off at Brussels National Airport and going from there to Italy on Air Italia for 5 days. We are checking in 7 big suitcases and would like to store them at Brussels Airport for those 5 days as we don't need to carry them to Italy. I researched and found that there is a storage facility available for oversized baggage at Brussels Airport on Level 0. I have a few questions: 1. Do you know which pier is the oversize luggage located? Our flight from USA comes to Pier B but the flight to Italy is from Pier A. Since we are entering and leaving Brussels from Pier B, it would be great if the storage is on Pier B 2. If the storage is on Pier A, how do we get the luggages from Pier B to Pier A? Will the porters be able to help us with this? Thanks in advance.

The website says that the oversized luggage drop-off is also on level 0. This is in the public zone at the bus station. This means you have to leave the transit zone and get in again for your flight to Italy. You have to count enough time for this because there can be a long row at the security check to get in the secured (transit) zone. The public zone is common for both Pier A and B. It is a long walk from the gate to the luggage receive zone, but from there you are close to the public zone. When you return from Italy you have to check in your luggage. This is also in the public zone. This is at level 3 but the lockers are just next to the elevators so that is not a big problem. Porter service has to be requested on beforehand. But you find luggage trolley everywhere.

Here is the info, but as you can see it is going to cost you a pretty penny. Wouldn't it be cheaper and easier to leave the bags at your Brussels hotel and pick them up on the way back? Baggage lockers Public zone Baggage lockers are available on level 0 - bus station on the left against the façade for anyone leaving the terminal via the Diamond. The use of a locker cost € 7.50 for 24 hours. Payment is made with coins of € 0.50, € 1 and € 2. A change machine near the lockers exchanges euro banknotes for coins. Dimensions: Width: 54 cm Height: 89 cm Depth: 80 cm Transitzone Porters will definitely be able to go from one pier to another.
