Best places to honeymoon in September?

I am looking for places to honeymoon in September to avoid hurricanes. I have started to do research but just when I think I have found a great place, I read a terribly horrifying review about bugs, dirt, peddlers and rude staff. I am terrified to even book something. I would hate for our honeymoon to end up in a disaster. Can anyone give me any ideas for places they have been and can personally recommend? We would like to do an all-inclusive if possible. Thanks!

I would recommend an island circuit in French Polynesia that would include at least, Tahiti, Moorea and Bora Bora! You can find pretty good deals these days...

Forget honeymooning in the Caribbean in September! Totally dumb idea. Great time to go to romantic French-style Montreal. Or culture-vulture your way through Broadway theatres in NYC. Or explore Boston & Cape Cod. Head for just-past-high season in elegant Newport, RI. Tour New England at the very beginning of Fall Color season. Go to San Diego, or the Ritz has a fab resort in Dana Point (southern Orange County, CA). Hawaii is brilliant that time of year. You have a gazillion great options around the world, but the Caribbean in September is about the dumbest idea ever. If you insist on the Caribbean, then postpone the wedding until at least 1 November.

The "ABC" islands [Aruba, Curacao and Bonaire] are considered to be out of the hurricane zone. That doesn't mean they never get hurricanes, but chances are smaller.
