Countries in the Caribbean with good health care?

• I want to travel around the Caribbean a bit, but I have a mild autoimmune disease, which doesn't really exist in that area of the world, and need to make sure whatever country I'm in has excellent health care, just incase I get sick. I've been sticking to Cuba since they have advanced health care. What other countries in the Caribbean have excellent and advanced health care? Thanks!

Barbados has over twenty polyclinics, a place where a wide range of health care services (including diagnostics) can be obtained without the need for an overnight stay, throughout the country in addition to the Queen Elizabeth (General Hospital) located in Bridgetown.
