vrgin islands its better prices and itss soo beatifulll!!! youlll lovee itt i went to both and i prefer the virgen islands...puerto rico has great people has the third prettiest beach in the world Culebra has a great rainforest El Yunque that is nominated for one of the 7 wonders of the world! and great tourist attractions :) good luck!
