Need to find information on how to get a copy of my birth certificate from puerto rico?

if u come over here to PR, u need to go to an office named certificados demograficos, there is one in every city. but if u want to get it in other methods, then get in the government site: estado libre asociado de puerto rico and find out some info. requirements on how to get it via other private agencies.
