    There are no all inclusive resorts in Vieques. It's not that kind of place. I have stayed there a couple of times and loved it. I stayed in Esperanza, I rented an apartment for just $500 for a week (look through vacation rentals by owner). It had a kitchen so I had the option to cook. But the great thing was that I didn't have to. Everything was within walking distance, there were several great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beaches were even within walking distance. There is something for everyone, the luxury or the budget minded. If you stay in Esperanza you don't need a car. But if you can afford a rental, do it, cause there are some amazing remote beaches that are a must see We loved it and had a great time.

I think one of those will be hard to find there. I went there a few months ago, and stayed at a place called Casta Alta Vista. Its a GREAT place to stay, spacious, clean, and cheap.
