• Okay so my best friend in the world got a nice job in San Juan, Puerto Rico as a bookkeeper in a law firm. I am excited for her. She goes to Puerto Rico in January. She is looking for an apartment and she tried to get information and I also have been helping her but, the internet is not helping at all. All I find is vacation stuff for puerto rico. We are trying to find out what are the requirements of getting an apartment in puerto rico. Do they do credit checks on the apartments? How much do apartments cost in San Juan? Do you have to pay separate utilities or are they included with the rent? I really appreciate you help if you can give me answers only to the questions I ask.

If not what area is she heading to, you'll want to find something pretty close if she doesn't have her own transportation, pubic transportation here is somewhat unreliable and not in every area.
