How to change the number of a sim?

Pertaining to a megafone (Jamaica) can one change its original number seeing that it does not use a sim ?

• my little Bro bought one from is friend -who has migrated- hence it came with no manual and he is only familiar with digi procedures.........he desires to get a new number. In addition she seems not to understand how to make a U.K call on it?.... :-) abit silly i would say........is making a call similar to the method used by Digicel phone? Moreover he indicated to me that it seems to be a U.S.A phone. He is able to make and receive local calls but not calls to and fro the U.K. I told him to use + 44 thus he says the phone has no plus sign on it...????????...i am completely lost. Thanks in advance

Try the miphone method and see if it works on te megafone because I really don't know how..And you don't need to dial the +. All it means is to put all those numbers together..(ie: 867 + 44+ 12345670 mean 8764412345670)..maybe that's the problem!
