What is the biggest possible hotel room to get in philly?

What can you do if you pay for a hotel room then do not get what you paid for?

• I booked a trip to Jamaica and saw some reviews that the hotel is overbooking people and moving them to another hotel. I paid for an upgraded room. I do not know what my legal rights are in another country.

  If they want to "walk" you to another hotel, you have the same rights you have in the U.S. If the room is not to your liking and the hotel can or will not put you in the room type you reserved, you can get a full refund and go somewhere else or use your booking agent or travel agents help line. Usually if resorts have to move people, they will sweeten the deal, like airlines, so don't discount what they are offering before checking it out.
