Flights from santo domingo, dominican republic to fort lauderdale, florida?

    ola friend , when im not living in the d.r im living in miami , which is the gateway to the caribbean as well as the best ( if not most agravating port to fly to any where in the d.r . ... BUT , I JUST LEARNED THAT SPIRIT airlines flies daily non stop from ft lauderdale to santo domingo and the fares are incredible . check it out for your self on line . even if , its only a 25 minute ride to miami int . from ft . lauderdale int . i normally stay in puerta plata and american flies there daily non stop only from miami . to santo domingo and punta cana , almost every major carrier goes to punta cana from miami daily non stop . more than likely you would have to connect if going to santiago , but from puerta plata its only an hour ride and from santo domingo about 3 to 3.5 and you would be spending alot more to do it . hope it helps !

A 25 min ride from Ft Lauderdale to Miami airport, from there a direct flyght to SDQ ( Santo Domingo) or POP ( Puerto Plata). This is the fastest way. I hope this helped.
