How do i get a visiting visa to the us online?

I'm cuban ,I'm visiting UK with visa-c.would I get back to cuba through third country (US)?

If travelling on a Cuban passport, you need a visa to enter the US 0 so you would not be allowed on to a flight there without one. (Nothing to do with political conflict - that applies to anybody from countries that aren't part of the visa waiver system).

You would have more luck going back to Cuba from the UK than if you try to go in through in the USA becaue of the limited number of flights and all the requirements.
