How do you get an F-1 visa?

How can an Indian citizen studying in USA on F1 Visa get a VISA for Barbados from US?

The private agency Visa HQ says it will take 3 weeks, but I could find a response from Barbados embassy...I am sure for cricket T 20 world cup, there should be some fast processing scheme....please tell if aware

Man just come. When you get here they will just stamp your passport. They will ask you what is your purpose here and you can say that you come for the cricket.
