What is the hotel tax rate at Atlantis, and do you know what is meant by a "utility service fee"?

  Have you EVER been in a THIRD WORLD COUNTRY? It's not AMERICA.. the cost of a TAXI is NEGOTIABLE and the final price depends on just how stupid your or how good you are at haggling. If you hold out you may get it for $20 but if you are the typical american who pays the sticker price, it can be $100 or more.. they can do this because the know Americans are STUPID and the ones who go to ATLANTIS are the most STUPID of the bunch because they will pay those ridiculous prices to go to a FAKE THEME PARK. The "UTILITY FEE" is a TAX on the total bill because AMERICANS are such LOUSY TIPPERS and think everything should be FREE because THEY are so wonderful.. so Atlantis adds on a UTILITY TAX to cover their poor GIVING. It's OK.. anyone who knows so LITTLE they would pay those sky high prices to go to a FAKE THEME PARK are too stupid to know they are getting it stuck to them for EVERYTHING on that island. With all the great islands and resorts to go to in the Caribbean or the BAHAMAS.. (Atlantis is in the BAHAMAS so it's in the ATLANTIC OCEAN.. not in the Caribbean) why people are so stupid and gullible they will pay those prices to go to that shrine for overcharging, is beyond me.
