What is the least expensive, most practical way to travel one-way from Bimini or Nassau Bahamas to Florida?

I'll soon be helping a friend transport a sailboat from Florida to the Bahamas. He's staying for an extended period; I have to return to Florida, then north to home. Depending on weather and available time, I could jump ship in Bimini or Nassau. What is the least expensive, most practical way to return to Florida.

Fly from Nassau. I did a quick check but I don't know where you want to return to in Florida, but if you fly from Nassau to Miami with Bahama Air non-stop it will cost $124 dollars.
