Does anyone know how to get a job on Cruise ships?

Does anyone know any information about getting a job on a cruise boat?

• Hello world =] I've recently been looking at sites about cruise jobs! I really love kids and maybe was hoping to be a youth advisor, but im pretty open to another job on the boat.. as long as its not to bad..lol, but its hard for me to find correct info.. all of the sites say different things. i have some questions, if u or anyone u know has had a job on a cruise boat please send me some info! i really want to do the European cruise lines! (just to let you know) 1: Do i have to go far away just to get the interview.. ( i live MI & it's not near any of the ports) 2: dont i have to commit for at least 6 months? 3: most of all .. IS IT FUN? 4: what did u dilslike about it 5: do i have to pay for food, houseing.. ect. ? 6: what is a good site to get an application? Thanks you all so much! This will really help! =]
