How can I get Spain tourist visa from the UK?

Indian with 5 years US and UK tourist VISA presently in US wants to visit Bahamas. Hot to get VISA for Bahama?

My wife, who is an Indian National, has 5 year tourist Visas for US and UK which are valid up to December 2012. Presently she is in the US and wants to visit Bahamas . Does she require a VISA? If yes, can she get it in the US itself or she will have to return to India and apply for the VISA in India?
