What does concierge service mean at the occidental grand aruba resort?

We are going to the Occidental Grand Aruba resort in a couple of weeks. We have reserved the Grand Concierge Deluxe Ocean View room. What does the concierge service include? I noticed that I don't think we are part of the Royal Club members, but I wanted to know about the concierge. More specifically, we were wondering if the beach staff would reserve huts for us?
Answer:

A concierge can help you plan and book activities, like tours, water sports, or even restaurant reservations. The concierge wouldn't reserve palapas for you. You'd most likely have to do that on your own.
