What are the requirements getting passport im here in the philippines?

Answer:

a passport is issued from YOUR country so if you're Canadian and in the Philippines, you can go to the Canadian Embassy...if you're Philippino you must apply for a passport from your own government. If you want to come to visit, whether migrating or visiting, you need a VISA. And that you have to apply for thru the Canadian government. Visit their website.
