All I can tell you is the Canadian side of the falls is much nicer and more spectacular than the US side. I don't really understand all that itinerary.

theres alot more to see and do on the Canadian side.. you see the falls much better also on the canadian side.. but its up to you. i would recommend the canadian side

Having seen both sides--and in fact have stayed in the Holiday Inn you're talking about--I'd suggest you skip the Holiday Inn and American side. The Canadian side has much more to see and do.
