What are some good jobs in the trades in Canada?
-
I want to make things or fix things with my hands. I don't particularly like working with people all that much, at least not in a caretaking or helping sort of position, since I have tried that and found I suck at it. Currently I work as a salesperson which is not that bad since the objectives are very clear cut, but I don't want to do it forever. I just want a good paying job with regular hours so I can keep working at my "real" career as an artist, which is not that lucrative. I have a university degree but I'm thinking of going to trade school and I don't know what to study. Suggestions?!

Answer:
Right now, there is a huge demand for electricians, plumbers and construction workers in the housing industry.
