What is the best nightclubs in Quebec city?

If you had four days to divide between Ottowa and Quebec City, how would you do it?

• We'll be arriving in Ottowa on Saturday night, driving to Quebec City some time in between, and then leaving Quebec City (for Tadoussac) on Thursday morning. This leaves Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to devote to Ottowa and Quebec City. I was thinking of having a relaxing Saturday evening in Ottowa, then touring Parliament Hill Sunday morning, and leaving for Quebec the same day. (It would be nice to visit Ottowa while Parliament is in session, but our trip is planned for August, so we might as well go on a Sunday.) This is basically one day in Ottowa and three in Quebec City. Would you do the same, or would you divide your time more evenly?

  I lived in Ottawa, but love visiting Quebec City. However, I would give more time to Ottawa. Even 4 days would be a short visit there! Parliament buildings, yes, but the Civilization, and War museums, and the National Gallery are musts. There are a few I would add, but, even these are worth a 1/2 day each. It will take the best part of a day to drive between the two as well. Quebec City is gorgeous; but it is the ambiance that is what makes it. Other than wandering the old city, soaking it all in, there isn't as much to actually see. The legislature buildings are gorgeous, and there is a nice museum (with things in English!), but, it is the little shops and cafes that make Quebec City. So, I would lean towards Ottawa, but, remembering you have 3 days to see things, not 4, due to the travel time. Not quite, but, close, especially if Montreal is busy; just getting through there is a good hour on the road. Google says between 5 and 5 1/2 hours of driving; good luck with that! Add an hour for Montreal.
