What is the drinking age in Ontario Canada and is it different for americans?

Planning a trip to Niagara Falls / Clifton hills Canada and i want to know what the drinking age is? I have heard it went to 21 for americans . Please let me know :) thanks!

In the Province of Ontario it is 19 years of age to purchase alcohol and tobacco products as well as gambling. It does not matter what nationality you are, you follow Canadian laws while in Canada, we would never enforce that crazy 21 drinking age here! way to high.
