How long does Amazon take to ship to Canada?

I never used Amazon before, but now i want to use it to buy a comic book. If I order it from Amazon.com, then approximately how long will it take to reach Canada, Montreal?

My last two orders (books and DVD's) arrived less than 24hrs later. For example, a couple of weeks ago (during the postal strike) I submitted an order at 6PM, one night. It arrived at 1PM the next day. Then again, I'm in Toronto. The farther away from Toronto you are, probably the longer it takes. And that's for orders shipped from Amazon.ca, not the marketplace sellers (who typically take a few days to a couple of weeks to ship).
