My brother is a CA professional and presently working in India.He has 10 years of experience in Accounts,Finance and Audit.Can he contact man power agents or apply directly?If so where to apply and full details please.!

Your brother has to get a visa before he can job hunt but he will only need a couple of courses to upgrade to a Canadian CA and he can work while doing the courses at night.
