Could someone please tell me when it should arrive approximately and what this is? Is it something I should worry about? Thanks!

They shipped it off to France so if that's your package it is forever lost as I doubt a French person living in France will be honest enough to return it. Your chances that they will keep it are 60-40%, unless they know they will get caught. If you purchased it from eBay, it shows delivery and you will have to prove to eBay that you are not in France. eBay sides with Chinese sellers as apparently eBay outsources to China, and there are rumors that it is now partly owned by the Chinese.
