What happens at a Job Orientation?

Canada's Wonderland orientation?

• i've recently got a job at Canada's Wonderland Halloween Haunt, and i need to go on an orientation. it is 3 hours, but i don't understand why. what happens at the orientation? also, i've gotten a tragus piercing a couple days ago, and the job does not let you were any ear piercings other than the lobes. i'm scared it'll interfere with my chances of keeping the job. however, i start in october, so the piercing will be healed by then. do they expect you to meet the expectations on the orientation, or is it okay that i have the piercing and keep it till it heals?

  Read the previous answer posted to the identical question you asked last night. It explains what orientation will be about. Also, it explained quite clearly, if you want to be sure about the piercings JUST CALL THEM AND ASK. They will tell you immediately. A wise rule of thumb - if you've been told piercings will be unacceptable on the job, they will not be looked kindly on during orientation. You will be singling yourself out as someone who doesn't listen to the rules. If you are that worried, take them out.
