USA to Canada Calling cards?

I need a calling card that I can pick up at a gas station or liquor store or some place that will let me call Canada from the USA for a low rate and hopefully no connection fee toll free from a pay phone. Does such a thing exist? I've been searching online for cards, but they're all buy online. Currently I'm living on the road, so have to use public computers and don't want to buy anything online. I've only got internet access for the next 20 minutes or so. Can anyone help me out?

I would recommend calling via VOIP or Skype instead of buying the cards.
