How can Canada solve their loss of jobs over the summer?

  Canada has failed to follow the US, Asia and Europe to pass a government stimulous program. They have pass a bill that they called stimulous, but it was pathetic. The US cash for clunkers put many Canadian auto workers back to work. It will take gov't intervention to get the train back on the tracks. If the US passes a healthcare program, we will lose our health cost advantage to building an automobile, that being the case, the Canadian union wages will continue to call for plant closings, and the US will build their cars in their own country.
