Where can I find local internet access numbers while in BC Canada?

I will be travelling from CA to Canada and will need to access the internet.

Your internet service provider, if they have local access where you're going, will have numbers that will allow you to access their service. You should contact them directly to see what the numbers are.

Your best bet would be wireless in your hotel or at a coffee shop. I doubt you ISP would have local acces numbers in Canada. Long distance time is pretty cheap with phone cards ($2.50 for 400min) if you wanted to use your acount and ISP with dialup.
