What is my chance as a Medical Lab. Tech. in Canada?

I am a Medical Lab. Tech., I have got a BSc. Medical Technology. I would like to immigrate to Canada. Please any one in Canada help me with this Q. Thanks friends.

Sadly they are not high. There are several private vocational 'colleges'(most from the US) that advertise on Jerry Springer and other shows of that ilk offering to train people as a medical lab tech, medical office administrator, computer tech etc. Most of the people who take these courses are sent there by their welfare workers. There is little demand for people in these fields in Canada these days. Now, if you have some personal connections in the field in Canada you may have a chance. Canada is very much a 'who you know, not what you know' society.Connections count. It can be done, but it ain't easy.

Your can also look on the web site of Canadian Embassy (Your Capital City) and there is information there also. It takes time to do all the paperwork but much of it can be done online you do not have to pay someone to do this for you.
